Recovery Can Be Confusing!

Recovery does not have to stay confusing…there are answers!

I am a survivor, with what seems like a life sentence of recovery.

Some say recovery is the end of the abuse. As a survivor, I am not sure that is true!

As a survivor, each day is a struggle until it is over

As a survivor, planned events are often looked upon as, “Maybe I should find an excuse not to go.”  No one would miss me.  No one cares whether I live or die.

As a survivor, I worry, I overthink, and usually decide that I should not do anything that is different, enjoyable, or involves other people.

As a survivor, my days start and end with the need to convince myself that I am good.

As a survivor, I have learned to feel things that I never felt before.  I have learned to cry without fear.  I have learned to talk about my past and present feelings.  Yet, those feelings frighten me.  Sometimes, I don’t know if I should stay or go.

As a survivor, I want to know why I was sentenced to a life of struggling.  Will I ever have the normal things that others have?  Will I ever find love?  Will I ever be able to trust someone enough to allow love into my life?

Survivor, …Now, it is your turn to add to this list!

As a survivor, I have learned how to inspire other survivors to live happy lives. No, recovery, does not have to be a torturous life sentence. Recovery is beautiful, you just have to allow yourself the time you need to reach the end, which is when you feel free enough to allow happiness and success into your life. As your “Life Coach,” I help you “Unstick” yourself from your abuser and past. In addition, I am a “Legal Advocate” ready to help you “Unstick” yourself from your abuser and the legal issues that they often throw at you. You do not have to suffer alone.

Please feel free to email me at any time. I am here for you.

Sincerely,
